The service was amazing with parking nearby. Our deluxe quadruple room with a firm bed and wonderful decor, for instance was airy.

Extremely friendly and very competent staff, airy standard queen room. The view from the window to garden. Excellent and wonderful location adjacent to the Reeperbahn, the Reeperbahn and harbor, and Beatles sites for those interested makes it a good choice. Again, 5 minutes walk from a long boulevard.

Located in 15 minutes' walk from Landungsbrucken metro station. Impeccably clean rooms with a firm bed, bathroom plus wonderful decor, pleasant staff.
Beds were awful.

Vibrant Hamburg nights 🎉
Such a lekker spot-practically a stone's throw from Reeperbahn! Room was comfy and warm, slept well in that queen-sized bed. Chommies at reception were friendly and spoke good English.

The noise from the hallway is intrusive, especially at night!!! Stairs are narrow and steep which makes luggage a hassle. The first impression from the outside is unnerving, not at all inviting!!!

Some rooms show signs of wear, like dust on surfaces, and the shower temperature isn't consistent, leaving you to brace against sudden cold blasts. The breakfast is underwhelming for the price, and the absence of a mini-fridge can be inconvenient for longer stays.

Great location for nightlife lovers
The location is fantastic for diving into the nightlife of St Pauli, and I appreciated how quiet my room was despite being near the busy streets. The lack of an en-suite bathroom was a downside and the overall cleanliness could use some improvement.
